Open plan kitchen and living room area – the tow areas are separated by a spiral staircase leading to the bedrooms. Electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge with small freezer compartment. There is an open fire in the sitting room area.
Bathroom – with shower above the bath.

Outside
An enclosed garden with lovely views of the countryside and fells beyond.

Other Information
Pets are welcome at an additional charge of £15 – please keep dogs out of the bedrooms and off the furniture. We ask that they are not left alone in the house.
Wifi broadband available at no extra charge
The house is heated by storage heaters.
The beds are freshly made up for you. We ask that you bring your own towels.
