ROSE COTTAGE

Rose Cottage is a lovely cottage that sleeps four in one double bedroom and one twin.

Downstairs in the cottage is an open plan kitchen and living room area - the two areas are separated by a spiral staircase leading to the bedrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, fridge (with small freezer compartment), dishwasher and plenty of storage space. There is also a washing machine and tumble drier.

The sitting room is warm and comfortable with an open fire, widescreen TV with DVD player and the basic sky package. There is also a CD player with radio.

The bathroom is downstairs and has a shower above the bath.

Upstairs are two bedrooms - one double and one twin. They both have lovely views of the countryside and fells beyond.

The garden outside is enclosed and has garden furniture for outdoor dining.

• The house is heated by storage heaters.
  
  
• Pets are welcome although this is limited to one dog only (except by prior permission) at an additional charge of £15 - we ask that dogs are not let into the bedrooms at all, or on any furniture. Dogs must not be left alone in the house.
  
  
• Rose Cottage can be rented as part of a larger group staying at either Croft House or Low Millgillhead, or it can be rented by an independent small family or couple. The house faces away from Croft House and Low Millgillhead.
