| CROFT HOUSE
A splendid barn conversion with beautiful gardens,
Croft House is light and airy, getting the best of the sunshine.

The main living accommodation at Croft House is upstairs
with a sumptuous living room which has a dining area to seat twelve
in style. There are a variety of board games for entertainment,
as well as a widescreen TV with DVD player.

The kitchen is also upstairs - it is fully furnished
with a large range cooker, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. There
is also washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board in
a small room off the downstairs hallway.

Downstairs, the spacious hallway leads to two double
bedrooms, one twin bedroom, a bunk bedroom, a bathroom and an additional
toilet. The bedrooms each have their own basin (with the exception
of the bunk bedroom).

Upstairs is a further bedroom with a zip & link
bed (either double or twin - this will be made up as a twin bedroom
unless you ask for it to be a double in advance) and an additional
twin bedroom plus a bathroom with shower.

The garden is large with a big chestnut tree to provide
some shade in the summer and conkers in the Autumn. There is also
a secret garden which opens out to a hidden barbeque area over one
of the bridges across the stream. There are many small nooks and
crannies and plenty of outdoor furniture to help you enjoy the beauty
of it all.
